General FAQ's

All of our t-shirts are handmade with love, specifically for you. We aim to dispatch your order within 72 hours if it is placed before 2pm on working days (Monday – Friday, excluding bank and public holidays).
We will keep you updated and let you know when we’ve popped it in the post. You can also track the status of your order from your account page..

Yes, we can deliver outside the UK. To deliver to Europe, shipping will cost £10.50. To deliver outside of Europe, shipping will cost £15. Contact us for more information.

Absolutely! Just tick the ‘Deliver to a different address’ box at the checkout and complete the name address of the lucky person. You can also fill out a gift note in the ‘Order Notes’ section at checkout so they know who is sending them their goodies.

Returns and Refunds

If you’ve changed your mind and no longer want your items, you can return them within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund. Please send them in their original packaging and in a saleable condition to:

At the moment we do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your item for a full refund and make a new order for your preferred item.
Privacy and Security

Any information we ask for when you make an order or an account is to enable faster checkout and ensure we are able to contact you in regards to your order. We do not store your credit card information, your payment order will be processed by Stripe or Paypal via their SSL accredited services.

Do not worry, the Dis-Labelled website and Dis-Labelled shop are secure and safe to browse. You can view the security for our website by clicking on the padlock icon in your web browser’s address bar.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure your information is safe and secure. We will not pass on any of your details on to other organisations.
